PMO Services
Great initiatives fail without great project management behind them.
Whether you’re building a PMO from scratch or fixing one that isn’t working, I help organizations build the project management foundation that makes every future initiative more likely to succeed.
Who This Is For
You’re a healthcare organization or mid-market company that knows something is broken in how projects get managed — but you’re not sure exactly what, or how to fix it. Maybe projects consistently run late or over budget. Maybe there’s no consistent methodology across teams. Maybe leadership has lost confidence in the organization’s ability to deliver. Maybe you’re scaling fast and the informal processes that used to work simply don’t anymore.
Or maybe you’re starting from scratch — a growing organization that has never had formal project management structures and knows it needs them.

Either way, this is where we start.

What I Do
Path A — Building from scratch For organizations that have never had a formal PM function. We start with a PMO Charter and design decision, build your core template set and governance structure, deploy on 1 to 2 pilot projects to test and refine, then roll out across your full active portfolio. Engagement runs 5 to 9 months depending on organization size. Ends with a documented PMO your internal champion can run independently.
Path B — Repairing what’s broken For organizations where a PMO exists but project teams work around it. We start with an independent diagnostic — not a rubber stamp of what you already have. Then we identify quick wins, fix the structural problems, re-launch with visible executive endorsement, and stabilize. Engagement runs 4 to 7 months. Ends with a PMO the organization actually uses.
Both paths end in the same place: a project management function your team owns, runs, and doesn’t need a consultant to maintain.
Tools I configure I work with your existing technology stack — not a new one. Typical configurations include Jira or Smartsheet for project tracking, Confluence or SharePoint for documentation, Smartsheet dashboards or Power BI for portfolio reporting. No new license costs unless the client wants them.

A Note On What Comes Next
Organizations that complete an AI implementation often come to PMO Services next — because one successful project surfaces the need for a repeatable process for the next one. If that’s where you are, this engagement is designed to convert the discipline from the AI implementation into institutional infrastructure your team owns permanently.
