Cloud Migration Services
You’ve decided to move to the cloud. Now you need someone to actually get you there.
For small healthcare organizations, the gap between deciding to migrate and completing one isn’t strategic — it’s a resource problem. Most don’t have the people to close it.
Who This Is For
You’re a community health organization, FQHC, or smaller healthcare provider that has outgrown your on-premises infrastructure — or knows you need to. The decision is made. What you don’t have is an internal team with the engineering experience, program discipline, or bandwidth to execute it.
You don’t need a large firm with exorbitant costs or one that hands you a strategy deck and disappears. You need someone you can afford who will take ownership of the migration end-to-end — from planning through go-live — and do whatever it takes to get you there, whether that means leading the program, doing hands-on infrastructure work, bringing in the right subcontractors…

…or coaching your existing IT staff through tasks they’ve never done before.

What I Do
I lead your cloud migration from start to finish, filling whatever gaps exist between where you are and where you need to be. That means:
Program Leadersip — Owning the migration plan, wave sequencing, milestones, and accountability structures from Day 1 through go-live. You always know where the project stands, what’s at risk, and what comes next.
Technical Delivery — Depending on your needs and the scope of the engagement, I can execute infrastructure work directly — including cloud architecture and configuration — manage subcontracted engineers, or coach your existing IT staff through technical tasks they haven’t performed before.
Hybrid Planning — Not every workload should move. Part of what I bring is knowing what belongs in the cloud, what should stay on-premises, and how to build a migration plan that’s honest about both.
Compliance and Security Alignment — Ensuring Business Associate Agreements are in place before data moves, that HIPAA Security Rule controls are validated at every phase go-live, and that your cloud environment is configured to protect patient data from the start — not patched after the fact.
Risk Management — Identifying what could go wrong before it does, and building the contingency plans that keep the project moving when it does.

What You Can Expect
A migration that actually completes –
– with clear milestones, transparent reporting, and no surprises. The engagement flexes to fit your organization’s size and existing IT capacity. The accountability doesn’t.
Most smaller healthcare organizations I work with are also managing an EHR vendor relationship, an aging backup posture, and a two-person IT team that has never touched a cloud environment. I’ve seen how those migrations go when nobody is managing the whole picture. That’s what I’m here to prevent.
A Note On What Comes Next
Landing in the cloud is a milestone, not a finish line. Without ongoing oversight, cloud environments drift — costs climb, security posture erodes, and compliance gaps appear quietly until they don’t. If you need someone watching the program after go-live, that’s exactly what Cloud Program Governance & Sustainment is designed for.
